The 88-year-old lady, 54 kg, 166 cm, has a tumor and uses a wheelchair. A palliative care service visits her to provide medical care. Both legs require complete bandaging. She needs moderate physical assistance with getting up and transferring, and she is cooperative. She requires partial assistance with dressing and personal hygiene, but overall needs significant support with daily care. The caregiver is also responsible for cooking, shopping, cleaning, laundry, and the complete running of the household for both spouses.
