The gentleman moves independently, using a walker outdoors. He has an adjustable bed. He dresses, eats, and uses the toilet independently. He requires partial assistance with showering, which is currently provided by the nursing service. Lifting is not necessary. Nighttime assistance is needed occasionally, depending on his current condition. The gentleman sometimes gets up at night and walks around. He then needs to be accompanied back to bed. The caregiver also handles cooking, shopping, cleaning, laundry, and general household chores. Shops are within walking distance. His wife also lives in the household and needs to be relieved of household duties. The couple enjoys playing board and card games and going to cafes. Free time as agreed upon.
