Caregiver Munich

Care for an 83-year-old, independently living elderly lady (168 cm, 48 kg). Previous issues: orthopedic, spinal stenosis. Mobility limited, she is at risk of falling. She was in the hospital after a fall and a pelvic fracture. The lady is a smoker (smokes on the balcony). She has dementia: no. She is incontinent: no. Assistance needed with: • personal hygiene • dressing and undressing • transferring to and from bed • accompanying to the toilet (even at night, max. 1x) Assistance needed with household chores: • laundry • cooking (always fresh) • cleaning (a cleaner comes every 2-3 weeks for tasks like window washing and other cleaning) • ironing • shopping (shop is 5 km away, accessible by bus or with daughter, or by bicycle) • spending time with the lady Groceries can also be ordered. Night duty: 1x accompaniment to the toilet. Assistive devices such as a shower seat and a wheelchair are available. Family members live nearby and may be able to assist.
