Care for an independently living 89-year-old lady, 50 kg, 165 cm, who is significantly physically weakened after a recent operation and hospital stay. Mentally, she is fit. She has a gait disorder, general senile weakness, and chronic lymphocytic leukemia. She currently uses a wheelchair, but the goal is to improve her condition enough so she can use a walker again. Especially for longer distances, she needs more support. She needs assistance with getting up and transferring, and is able to cooperate. She needs help with toileting, meal preparation, and cooking. Depending on her current condition, she may also need help with personal hygiene. The caregiver also handles shopping, cleaning, and laundry. The shop is nearby and within walking distance. Night duty is not required. A driver's license is necessary. Free time by agreement.
