Care for a 76-year-old lady, 165 cm, 70 kg, suffering from lung cancer with neurological consequences and significantly limited mobility. Movement is possible with the help of a wheelchair. She is not incontinent and needs assistance to go to the toilet. Transferring from bed to wheelchair and from wheelchair to toilet is required 4-6 times (the attending caregiver will provide training on the first day). Full assistance is needed with dressing and undressing, feeding, personal hygiene, and toileting. Ensuring correct medication intake is also necessary. Night duty is not required. A physiotherapist visits the household once a week. Her husband lives with her and is self-sufficient in his personal care. Meal preparation, cooking, shopping (within a 5-minute distance), laundry, and housekeeping are required for both.
