Caregiver Oberstdorf

Care for an independently living 83-year-old lady, 65 kg, 163 cm, who has undergone heart surgery and subsequently suffered a stroke. The lady speaks, but is difficult to understand. She has a catheter and wears incontinence pants preventatively. She requires a walker or hand support for walking. She uses a wheelchair outdoors. She needs light physical assistance when standing up and walking, and she cooperates. The senior requires partial assistance with dressing, personal hygiene, toileting, and changing incontinence products. She eats independently. The caregiver should provide companionship, accompany her throughout the day, and be available as needed. Walks are possible with the wheelchair. The caregiver's duties also include cooking, cleaning, and laundry. The family can assist with household chores as needed. She generally sleeps at night, and night duty is not required. A repositioning bed with an anti-decubitus mattress, a walker, a wheelchair, and a shower/toilet chair are available. Free time is by agreement.
