Caregiver Odenthal

Care for an 87-year-old gentleman living independently (71 kg, 174 cm) in a family house in Odenthal. The client suffers from vascular dementia after a stroke, has weakened short-term memory, occasional unsteady gait, mild incontinence, and a risk of falling. He moves independently with a walker or a cane, eats by himself, and uses the toilet. Assistance is mainly needed for personal hygiene, guidance with dressing, and supervision for regular medication intake three times a day. The scope of work includes household management, meal preparation, shopping, laundry, light gardening, and spending quality time with the client through walks, conversations, or board games. Occasional night assistance may be required depending on the client's current health status.
