She is not incontinent but uses diapers preventively. She eats independently. It is necessary to ensure adequate fluid intake and the use of prepared medications. The caregiver also handles cooking, shopping, cleaning, laundry, routine errands, provides companionship, and maintains the daily routine. A bakery and butcher shop are within walking distance; larger shopping trips are arranged in agreement with the family. Doctor's visits are also arranged in agreement with the family. Nighttime assistance is required approximately 1-2 times per night for toileting. A commode chair is available. Free time is arranged by agreement.
