Caregiver Walldorf

Care for an 85-year-old lady with mild dementia, urinary incontinence, and limited mobility after a fall and fractured humerus. She uses a wheelchair, and a walker when her condition improves. She needs assistance with hygiene, dressing, incontinence care, toileting, and getting into bed. The lady has a more demanding personality, is stubborn and critical, and may sometimes react with irritation or even verbal aggression. No lifting required. Nighttime assistance approximately 1x per night. An 88-year-old husband also lives in the household. He has slightly limited mobility and uses a walking aid. He primarily needs household security and occasional help with socks. The scope of work also includes cooking, shopping, laundry, general household chores, and companionship for the senior lady. A cleaner comes once a week. The family lives nearby and can assist.
