Care for a married couple. The old gentleman is 88 years old, 170 cm tall and weighs 80 kg. He has dementia, which causes him to forget things frequently. He has had a stroke, but communication is normal. He moves without aids. The old lady is 91 years old, 160 cm tall and weighs 50 kg. She suffers from age-related weakness, has lost a lot of weight recently, is physically weakened, and is at risk of falling (she has already fallen twice). Mentally, she is fine. The caregiver assists with personal hygiene, helps with dressing, prepares meals, oversees medication intake, maintains household order, cleans, takes care of laundry, does the shopping (not within walking distance; a car and bicycle are available), accompanies to doctor's appointments, goes for walks, provides companionship, and engages in leisure activities. Night work is not required. The gentleman has a disturbed day-night rhythm, but there is no need to get up to him at night. The lady may sometimes need accompaniment to the toilet at night. Lifting is not required. A stairlift and ramp are available. A car with automatic transmission is available.
