Care for an 82-year-old gentleman, 63 kg, 170 cm, with Parkinson's disease and incontinence. He has a pacemaker. Mentally, he is mostly fine. Due to Parkinson's, he occasionally takes small steps, and depending on his current condition, his mobility may be limited. The gentleman moves independently, using a walker as needed. He requires partial assistance with dressing, personal hygiene, and toileting. He uses incontinence briefs and needs help changing them. Medication intake needs to be monitored for regularity and timeliness. He eats independently. A shower chair is available. The gentleman sleeps a lot during the day or watches television. Joint walks with the walker are suitable. The caregiver is also responsible for cooking, shopping, cleaning, laundry, and general household management. His wife also lives in the household; she does not require care, still drives, and handles some of the shopping. Nighttime assistance is needed approximately 2-3 times per night for accompanying him to the toilet or changing incontinence products. Lifting is not required. Free time by agreement.
