Caregiver Kaarst-Holzbüttgen

Care for an 82-year-old lady, 70 kg, 166 cm, post-stroke. She has general frailty and epilepsy, which is stabilized by medication. The lady is newly discharged from rehabilitation. She moves around the house with a walker and needs accompaniment. She requires light assistance when getting up, usually just a hand to hold. She needs partial assistance with dressing, personal hygiene, and as needed with toileting. She eats independently. The caregiver is also responsible for cooking, shopping, cleaning, laundry, and general household management. Shops are within walking distance. Her husband also lives in the household, and he may require assistance with household tasks. Night assistance is needed 1-2 times per night for toileting. Lifting is not required. A private toilet is available for the caregiver. Free time as agreed.
