Care for a 101-year-old lady living alone after a fall. She suffered multiple fractures on her left side - a broken arm, forearm, and shoulder. Her left forearm is currently in a cast, and she cannot use her left arm. Despite her age, the lady is fully mobile, gets up independently, walks, and uses the toilet. Mentally, she is completely fit and oriented. She does not take any medication. The lady is completely blind, but she navigates her home very well. It is important that all items always remain in their place. After the fall, she requires partial assistance with activities where the left arm is needed, especially with dressing, personal hygiene, and preparing and serving meals. Before the fall, she was completely independent and did not require assistance. An important task for the caregiver is household management, cooking, cleaning, and laundry. Shopping can be handled by her son. The lady's daughter visits often. Night duty or heavy lifting is not required. Free time by agreement.
