He cannot walk independently and cannot cooperate during transfers, therefore full assistance is required. He needs support with all daily activities. He requires help with personal hygiene, dressing and undressing, using the toilet, and with incontinent care, using absorbent pants. Assistance is also needed with eating and drinking. The care also includes walks in the wheelchair, companionship, and supervision during the day. The scope of work includes, in addition to caring for the gentleman, household management, meal preparation, shopping, cleaning, and laundry. Shops are accessible on foot. Night duty is not required. Lifting and transfers are required. The gentleman lives in a shared household with his wife. Personal care is not required for the wife, only general assistance with household management. Free time by arrangement.
