Care for a 99-year-old, independently living elderly lady (155 cm, 52 kg) with senile weakness. The lady suffers from heart failure, osteoporosis, cataracts, and a nerve disorder (numbness in fingertips). She uses hearing aids and a walker for mobility. She does not have dementia. The lady requires assistance with daily activities: getting up, dressing, showering 1-2 times a week, weight monitoring, putting on hearing aids, measuring blood pressure twice daily, meal planning, ensuring adequate fluid intake, medication management, and accompanying her on walks. Household tasks include laundry, cleaning (vacuuming, washing floors, bathroom, toilet, and windows), preparing and cooking meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner), grocery shopping, and plant care. At night, assistance is needed once to accompany her to the toilet with her walker and back, but this is not every night. No lifting is required. Her daughter visits regularly with her two dogs.
