Caregiver Mehring

Care for an independently living 81-year-old gentleman, 47 kg, 170 cm, who has heart failure, diabetes treated with pills, and significantly weakened muscles. He is mentally well and fully oriented. He walks around the house with a cane; he can no longer manage stairs, so a stairlift is planned. He needs partial assistance with dressing, personal hygiene, and toileting. He also uses diapers. Lifting is not required. He sleeps peacefully at night; night work is not necessary. The caregiver is also responsible for cooking, shopping, cleaning, laundry, and general household management. A driver's license is required; a car with an automatic transmission is available. Free time is by agreement.
