Care for a self-sufficient 89-year-old gentleman, 97 kg, 175 cm, with dementia, polyneuropathy, and general senile weakness. The gentleman can no longer stand or walk. In recent days, he has been predominantly lying down, spending part of the day in a wheelchair. He requires complete assistance with personal hygiene, dressing, eating, and toileting. Full transfer is necessary for repositioning. A hoist is available by the bed. The gentleman can partially cooperate during care. Night duty is required 1-2 times per night. The gentleman uses diapers and has a urine bottle by the bed. At night, he particularly needs help with toileting and the urine bottle. The caregiver is also responsible for cooking, shopping, cleaning, laundry, and general household management. Knowledge of Polish is requested, as his daughter speaks Polish. His granddaughter lives in the same building but in a separate apartment. Free time is negotiable.
