Care for an independently living 89-year-old lady, 67 kg, 162 cm, who is fully oriented. She has mild urinary incontinence and currently uses incontinence briefs. She moves in a wheelchair but can also walk with a walker. A stairlift, a bedside commode, and a hoist are available. When getting up, she may need slight assistance with a hand, depending on her current condition. Lifting may be necessary, but not daily, and the lady cooperates. The lady requires partial assistance with dressing, hygiene, and toileting. In the morning, she needs help with washing and showering once a week. She is currently training to use the commode independently. She eats independently. The caregiver is also responsible for cooking, shopping, cleaning, and laundry. The lady enjoys participating in household chores, so it is advisable to cook, clean, and perform other activities together with her. She needs companionship and walks in her wheelchair. Night duty is not required. Free time as agreed.
