Caregiver Stuttgart

Care for a self-sufficient 89-year-old gentleman (165 cm, 80 kg, care level 3) suffering from dementia/Alzheimer's disease, urinary and fecal incontinence, and with an increased risk of falls. The senior experiences short-term memory loss, impaired orientation, especially in the evenings and outside the home environment, occasional hallucinations, and a tendency to wander. He is not aggressive, can be easily guided, and can hold simple conversations. He moves independently within the home without aids, but uses a walker with assistance outdoors. He requires assistance and partial lifting when getting up. Partial help is needed with hygiene, showering, dressing, toileting, and managing incontinence. He eats independently, but supervision of fluid intake is necessary. Job duties also include cooking, shopping, cleaning, laundry, medication supervision, accompanying to doctor's appointments, and engaging in shared activities. The senior visits a day care center twice a week. Night assistance is irregular, needed 1-2 times per night as required, mainly to escort him back to bed. He lives alone in a family house (180 m²), the caregiver has a private room and Wi-Fi. Days off by agreement, car available.
