Care for a senior living alone (60 kg, 155 cm) with vertebral fractures and urinary and fecal incontinence. She uses diapers. She requires oxygen therapy. She does not have dementia, is fully oriented, and communicates well. The lady is completely bedridden and does not move from her bed. She can reposition herself during the day but needs assistance at night. She requires complete help with dressing, bed hygiene, and incontinence care. She eats independently; sufficient fluid intake needs to be monitored. Medications are prepared by another person; the caregiver supervises their intake. The caregiver is also responsible for cooking, shopping, cleaning, laundry, general household assistance, and companionship. Night work is required 1-2 times per night. The oxygen needs to be checked, she needs to be repositioned as needed, and it should be verified that everything is in order. Free time as agreed.
