She is oriented, partially incontinent, uses incontinence aids, and requires assistance with changing them. She moves with a walker and is at risk of falling. She needs help with mobility, stairs, bathing, dressing, and undressing. She requires assistance with personal and intimate hygiene, toileting, and monitoring fluid intake. She needs reminders to take medication. Lifting and night work are not required. An 86-year-old gentleman, 70 kg, 170 cm, suffers from general frailty. He is independent with mobility, hygiene, toileting, and dressing. He uses a walker. He only needs reminders to take medication. Night work and lifting are not required. The caregiver also handles cooking, shopping, household cleaning, laundry, and ironing. Free time by arrangement.
