Care for an independently living 93-year-old lady, 85 kg, 170 cm, who is mentally fit and fully oriented. Approximately 6 weeks ago, she fell and suffered a femoral fracture, and has had limited mobility since then. She has polyneuropathy, leg and knee pain, and sometimes elevated blood pressure. She moves with a walker, has incontinence, uses incontinence pads and a commode. She needs assistance with dressing as needed and showering 2-3 times a week. Lifting is not required. A stair lift is available. The caregiver prepares breakfast and lunch, ensures cleaning, laundry, making the bed, shopping, and cat care. Shops are within walking distance. Night duty is not required, assistance only in case of emergency. A private bathroom is available for the caregiver. Free time is by arrangement.
