Caregiver Munich

Care for an 83-year-old gentleman, 68 kg, 175 cm, who has dementia, Parkinson's disease, and general senile weakness. He has impaired orientation, short-term memory, and speech disorders. Mobility is limited; he needs assistance when getting up. Lifting is not required. Currently, the gentleman needs help with personal hygiene, dressing, and toileting. He is incontinent and uses incontinence briefs. The caregiver prepares medications and supervises their intake four times a day, at 10:00, 14:00, 18:00, and 22:00. The gentleman usually wakes up between 9:00 and 10:00. The caregiver also handles cooking, cleaning, laundry, and general daily assistance. His son helps with shopping. Night assistance is needed once per night for toileting and incontinence care. Further assistance is not needed until morning. His wife also lives in the household; she does not require caregiving and helps with cooking. The caregiver manages household chores for both spouses. Free time by arrangement.
