The lady moves independently, but doesn't have much desire to walk, so shared walks and motivation for movement are suitable. She sometimes needs help getting out of the car or a deep armchair. Lifting is not necessary. She needs partial assistance with personal hygiene, dressing, and toileting. The caregiver also helps with changing pads and incontinence hygiene, ensures cooking as agreed, shopping, house cleaning, laundry, ironing, and general household management. She accompanies the lady and goes for walks with her as needed. Nighttime assistance may be required depending on her current condition; the lady might wake up at night and need help returning to her bedroom. Normally, nighttime care is provided by her husband; the caregiver takes over primarily when the husband is on a business trip for several days.
