She needs complete assistance with dressing and significant help with basic personal care. She requires partial assistance with hygiene and toileting. She needs moderate physical assistance when getting up and transferring from bed to the commode, and she is cooperative. The 83-year-old gentleman (65 kg, 175 cm) has a serious heart condition and general senile weakness. He moves around the house with a walker. He manages his personal care independently; nursing services assist him with showering. He does not require other care. The caregiver is also responsible for cooking, shopping, cleaning, laundry, and managing the household for both seniors. The lady requires assistance once per night, although according to her profile, she usually sleeps through the night. The gentleman also generally sleeps through the night and does not require nocturnal assistance. Lifting and transfer assistance are only needed for the lady. Free time is by arrangement.
