Her short-term memory is deteriorating, she often repeats herself and asks the same questions. She communicates clearly and can manage simple conversations. The lady moves with a walker; she walks independently at home but needs accompaniment outdoors. She gets up from bed and chairs independently. She requires partial assistance with dressing, daily personal hygiene, showering, and hair washing. She uses the toilet and eats independently. Ensuring adequate fluid intake needs to be monitored. The caregiver also handles cooking, shopping, cleaning, laundry, general household management, maintaining a daily routine, and companionship. Joint walks and conversations are suitable. Doctor's visits and appointments are arranged by the family. Night work and lifting are not required. Free time by arrangement.
