Care for a 94-year-old lady living alone, 49 kg, 158 cm, who is fully mobile and moves independently. A home nursing service visits her twice daily to assist with dressing and undressing compression stockings. The lady is independent in most activities and very much wishes to remain in her own home. She dresses, moves, eats, and uses the toilet independently. She only needs guidance with personal hygiene. She walks only when accompanied. A shower chair is available for showering, and it is important to ensure she does not fall. The caregiver's duties include preparing meals, possibly cooking together with the client, shopping, cleaning the household, laundry, and managing the general household tasks. It is important to ensure adequate fluid intake. Medical appointments are arranged by her daughter. Her children live further away. Night shifts or lifting are not required. Free time is by agreement. A car with automatic transmission is available; the caregiver has private accommodation with a small kitchen and private bathroom.
